Helping Children Smile INC gives you the opportunity to sponsor a child for a cleft lip or palate operation . This operation costs approximately $250 , and changes the child's life , by giving them a new found confidence, and increased self-esteem.

When you choose to sponsor a child , you will receive a profile, and photo of a child from the next mission. (Donations over $2.00 are tax deductible).

You can choose a payment option of either Full Payment or Monthly Payment plan
